Please be informed that an amendent has been made in Life Time Membership. Policy of this company effective from 1st Jnuary 2005, which is discussed in detail below.
The company is life time, subject to the condition that a member is required to have at least one (1) personal purchase with PV in any consecutive 12 months periods. Personal purchase refers to a purchase of this company products with PV, regardless of amount, made in a member's own name.
For example, for a member registered on 1st January 2004. to maintain his her membership, he/she is required to make at least one purchase with PV before 31st December 2004. If he/she fulfills this requirement by making a purchase with PV in April 2004, the next deadline for him/her to activate (by making a purchase with PV) would be April 2005; i.e. 12 months after the month of last purchase.
Failure to comply with the above requirement will render the membership of the member concerned to be lapse automatically with out being served a further notice. A member whose membership was elapsed in this way may re register as a new member under the same or different sponser, how ever he/she will be consider as a new member and therefore, not entitled for his/her former network and status.
